At Alizay Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us.

– Exchange requests must be made within 5 to 7 working days of delivery.
– Exchange is only available if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
– The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
– Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are damaged or incorrect.
– We do not offer exchange or return due to change of mind, color variation, size selection, or personal preference.
– Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch.
– Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the error is from Alizay Studio.
